All tour package prices are quoted in Rupiah (IDR), you can pay via the link in the Digital Invoice sent by our financial company partners (Midtrans and Paper.id), there are various digital payment platforms available there. Payments with debit cards, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted via PayPal purchase invoices (Administration fee of US$ 1).
All tour packages on the baligoodrental.com website are PRIVATE TOURS (not combined with other participants) except for the ‘open trip’ package. Prices are subject to change at any time before there is a Down Payment or Deposit.
If you book a Tour Package with accommodation, the room usage applied is one room for 2 people or twin sharing unless there is another request according to the guest’s booking request.The Package Price is inclusive of what is listed in Please understand what is included and not included in the package you ordered.
Additional charges will be charged for the period: Holiday Season, Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, and New Year. Here are the holiday season periods in Indonesia.
LOW SEASON: January 11 – June 30, September 1 – December 19
HIGH SEASON: July 1 – August 31, D-7 Lebaran – D+7 Lebaran
PEAK SEASON: December 20 – January 10The price of the Tour Package for children varies, depending on the choice of tourist destination. Please inform us before booking.
Cancellation
All cancellations have their own consequences that are borne by the booker, including:
Cancellation on the day of Tour, all funds that have been paid will be forfeited and the remaining remaining payment is required and cannot be refunded.
Cancellation on day H -3, refund 10% of the total payment that has been received.
Cancellation on day H -7, refund 20% of the total payment that has been received.
Cancellation on D-15, 50% refund of total payment received.
Cancellation for plane / bus / train tickets is declared void and cannot be refunded according to the policy of the transport service provider.Natural Disasters
No one wants natural disasters or things that disrupt your vacation, but as your travel agency, we have a clause for this.
Airplane Tickets: If a natural disaster occurs and results in your flight being canceled, then the plane ticket funds will be refunded or not, we return it to the policy of the airline concerned, and if approved, the refund time will follow the airline’s policy.
Hotel: If you fail to arrive in Bali / Lombok because your flight was canceled, Bali Good will try to request a refund of the funds that have been deposited with the hotel, of course with the regulations of the hotel’s policy.
Tourist attractions: Bali Good will try to replace similar/in the same direction/at the same cost, but if a natural disaster occurs before the guest arrives at the tour package destination, we will return the tourist attraction funds to the participant.
Customer Data
Bali Good will not share customer data with other parties.
All transactions are recorded on the internal server of the baligoodrental.com website or our digital payment partners (midtrans/Paper.id) which can only be accessed by the company.
Customer data for online credit card payments will not be stored and will be immediately deleted to maintain the security of the customer’s credit card.Data encryption
Our site has been equipped with a data encryption service that we entrust to the SSL service party whose job is to encrypt data or secure data, in order to ensure the security of your data when visiting our site.

Confirmation is highly dependent on the availability of places, especially for accommodation/hotels. We will try our best to find an equivalent hotel if the requested hotel is full.
The schedule listed in the package is subject to change at any time according to conditions in the field.

- Bali Good is not responsible and cannot be sued for:
Damage, loss and delay of baggage by airlines, hotels and other means of transportation.
Delay of baggage from the aircraft used, each participant must pick up their own baggage at any airport.
Delay of a plane, cancellation of a plane and all incidents that occur outside of our tour package agenda.
Changes to the itinerary due to natural disasters, riots and so on which are ‘Force Majeur’.
