- Valid driving license from your country of origin (residence) is acceptable or an International Driving Permit.
- The minimum rental period is 2 days. We can provide a shorter period, but the rental price is 2 days.
- The rental period rate without a driver is valid for 24 hours per day. Late returns may result in additional rental charges at the daily rate. If the renter wants to extend the car rental period, please inform us via phone call, WhatsApp, or email as soon as you know it, no later than 24 hours before the expiration date and time, otherwise the car can be booked in advance by another party. If the renter does not notify the rental company for more than 48 hours after the expiration date and time, the rental company has the right to report it to the authorities/police and state that the rental vehicle has been lost. All actions and consequences taken are entirely the responsibility of the renter.
- It is not permitted to drive a rented car/motorcycle outside of Bali Island.
- Late Return Fee. In addition to the daily rental rate, we may charge an additional daily fee if you do not return the Vehicle on or before the Specified Return Time.
- The rental company is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury and death suffered by the renter riding the motorcycle or his/her passenger and other people involved in an accident.
- Self-drive service, fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter. The renter may ONLY use Dexlite/Pertamina Dex fuel for Diesel engine cars and Pertamax fuel in all our other cars (petrol engines). The renter may ONLY refuel at an authorized fuel station (PERTAMINA/SPBU). Car rentals that include driver services, fuel costs are included.
- All cars/motorcycles are filled with a minimum amount of fuel upon delivery and must be returned with the same minimum amount of fuel. If the fuel meter is lower upon return, the renter must pay the difference in cash upon returning the car.
- Cancellation fee is 50% of the remaining term. : ( a.) For all monthly rentals, ( b.) Non-refundable for all daily / weekly rentals.
The rental company is not responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations caused by things beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, fires, floods, epidemics, war, riots, earthquakes, and terrorism. Darma Putra rental company is not responsible for any illegal actions or acts against the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
PAYMENT AND REFUND
- All rental prices are quoted in Rupiah, you can pay via the link in the Digital Invoice sent by our financial company partners (Midtrans and Paper.id), there are various digital payment platforms available there. Payment by debit card, credit card (Visa and MasterCard) is accepted via PayPal purchase invoice (Administration fee of US $ 1).
- Company payment account. BCA Bank; 0183446921; Mitra Kerja Digital. BIC/Swift Code CENAIDJA or CENAIDJAXXX
- Car Rental requires full payment. Payment link to confirm booking will be sent to you after our reservation confirms availability and total price of your rental car.
- Received Payment is Non-Refundable, but in case of cancellation, your booking can be used for an agreed alternative date or transferred to someone else, if the specific model booked is available and is only valid for 30 days after cancellation of booking.
- No refunds for ongoing or future rental contracts or early return of rental cars.
CAR/MOTORCYCLE PICK-UP/DELIVERY, PICK-UP/DROPPING AND REGISTRATION
- Free pick-up/drop-off and pick-up/drop-off services are available in the following areas; Bali International Airport, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Benoa Harbour, Denpasar.
- Pick-up/drop-off and pick-up/drop-off services outside the above areas will be subject to additional charges, the rate depends on your location with the Car Rental Garage. Please inform the company before you book.
- Car/motorcycle pick-up registration: Renter’s identity documents such as Passport, Driving License are required, which scans/photos will be taken on the spot along with a complete photo of the renter with a photo of the rental car when the rental car is picked up/delivered.
INSURANCE, REPLACEMENT AND LOSS
- The Rental Company provides Insurance for all motorbikes and cars with minimal liability for customers. If there is damage due to an accident or theft of the motorcycle, any part of the motorcycle will be the customer’s responsibility up to US$ 100 or Rp 1,500,000 for 110cc to 150cc motorcycles. US$ 200 or Rp 3,000,000 for 250cc motorcycles. And US$ 350 or Rp 6,000,000 for cars.
- It is important to note that in Indonesia, if you are a foreign national and are involved in an incident regardless of fault, you may be considered at fault.
- If a third party suffers a loss due to the incident, the renter is fully responsible for the loss.
- If an accident occurs and after that our car is deemed unroadworthy etc. and it is found that the renter/driver is negligent, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, underage, does not have a valid driver’s license or the person is not the designated driver, the rental contract is immediately terminated without refund and all repairs, replacements and all related costs will be the responsibility of the renter.
- Insurance covers stolen vehicles provided that the renter can show the key/remote within 24 hours and make a police report.
- If the vehicle is lost and the renter is unable to return the key, Darma Putra rental company will charge the renter 50% of the new vehicle value based on market price.
- Please also note: All cars are delivered with STNK and tax documents in the car. These documents are official documents required by Indonesian traffic law and must always be kept in the car in case they need to be shown to the police. Please keep these documents safe because the loss of these documents will be subject to a replacement fee of IDR 300,000 which is the responsibility of the renter.
- Car keys, remote controls, and keyless remote controls: If the renter loses or damages one of them, a replacement fee of IDR 350,000 (car key), IDR 500,000 (car key with remote system), and IDR 950,000 (car key with keyless remote system) will be charged.
- If the renter finds that his car tire is flat or leaking during the rental period, the renter can replace it or repair it at any car tire repair shop.
- The rental agreement does NOT cover severe tire wear or damage, or battery replacement due to negligence due to leaving the ignition key, electric lights, or headlights on. Replacement and all related costs will be the responsibility of the renter.
- If the renter violates the terms of this agreement, Darma Putra Company has the right to immediately take the vehicle and take it to the applicable legal channels in Indonesia.
- The rental company has the right to update, change, or modify the contents of this website including prices, availability, discounts, and other related content at any time without prior notice.
