Villa Rules

Check-In

Guests are required to show an identity card with a photo, credit card and confirmation letter at check-in.You need to notify the property in advance of your arrival time.

Check-Out

From 08.00 AM to 12.00 PM

Children & Bed

Child policy: Children that stay in villas have a maximum of 2 children for each villa (Children can stay overnight.)
Baby Cot and extra bed are policy.

0 – 5 years (infant):

Free – stay in existing bed

Baby cot on request (IDR 550,000 per child, per night)

6 – 11 years (kid):

Additional Cost – Child policy depends on each villa’s rules.

Smoking Policy

Guests must maintain peace between 22:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Reschedule allowed, only for urgent circumstances. Supporting document is required.
